[Components] Renaissance Unwraps Transmitter Combiners Jack Browne | ED Online ID #17766 | December 6, 2007 Renaissance Electronics Corp. has developed a line of high-power transmitter combiners for basestation applications in GSM, DCS, PCS, and UMTS cellular communications systems. Available for use at 800, 900, 1800, 1900, 2100, 2500, and 3500 MHz, these basestation power combiners can handle 70 W input power per channel with low insertion loss (0.5 dB or less for some models). The isolation between transmitters is 25 dB without an isolator and 45 dB for models with isolators. The typical third-order intermodulation distortion (IMD) is -70 dBc while the VSWR is 1.20:1.
