CONTRACTS
Anaren, Inc.Has received a contract valued in excess of $11.0 million dollars from Northrop Grumman Corp., located in Baltimore, MD, for Integrated Ferrite Assemblies used in the S-Band radar, which is part of the Mission Equipment for the Cobra Judy Replacement Program. The Cobra Judy Replacement Program is for long-loiter foreign ballistic missile data collection in support of the international treaty verification. Northrop Grumman is a subcontractor to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, the prime contractor for the Cobra Judy Replacement Mission Equipment Program. The contract calls for the first full-rate production and deliveries starting in November of 2007, expanding over a 15-month period.

QUALCOMM, Inc. and Exoteq ApsAnnounced that the companies have signed a new, commercial OFDM/OFDMA license agreement. Under the terms of the worldwide, royalty-bearing agreement, QUALCOMM has granted Exoteq a patent license to develop, manufacture, and sell subscriber-unit and modem-card products for high-speed mobile broadband-access based on OFDM/OFDMA technologies, including QUALCOMM's FLASH-OFDM® technology. The royalties payable by Exoteq are at QUALCOMM's standard OFDM/OFDMA rates.

GigaBeam Corp.Has officially relocated its headquarters to a new facility.

ANADIGICS, Inc.Reported record quarterly second-quarter 2007 net sales of $53.9 million, an increase of 8.7 percent compared with net sales of $49.6 million in the prior quarter, and an increase of 37 percent compared to net sales of $39.3 million in the year-ago quarter.

Net income was $1.9 million, or $0.03 per share, compared with net loss of $1.2 million, or $0.02 per share in the prior quarter and net loss of $2.8 million, or $0.06 per share in the year-ago quarter. Pro forma income for the second quarter 2007, which excludes non-cash stock-compensation expense, increased $2.0 million sequentially to $5.7 million or $0.10 per diluted share.

In addition, on July 9th, ANADIGICS ceremonially broke ground for construction of a new 6-in. galliumarsenide (GaAs) integrated-circuit (IC) wafer-fabrication facility(fab) in the Kunshan New and Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (KSND) as part of a city-wide celebration in the city of Kunshan in the Jiangsu Province in China.

Driven by wireless and wire-line broadband markets, in order to support ANADIGICS' anticipated growth beyond its primary wafer fabrication located in Warren, NJ, the company and KSND plan to complete construction of the new facility in the first half of 2008, and to bring the fab operational in the latter part of the year.

RFMW Ltd.Has moved to a new office. The new address of the company is 90 Great Oaks Blvd., Suite 107, San Jose, CA 95119. The phone and fax numbers as well as the e-mail addresses will remain the same.

NujiraAnnounced plans for the expansion of its activities in Japan and China.

Nujira is establishing a dedicated facility in Japan to enhance the sales and technical support it can offer to its Japanese customers. At the same time, the company is expanding its sales network in China with the aim of replicating its success in Japan.
