Conexant Names Co-Presidents
CHRISTIAN SCHERP and SAILESH CHITTIPEDDI will share responsibilities as Co-Presidents for Conexant Systems, Inc. when the transactions to sell the Broadband Access business to Ikanos Communications, Inc. is completed in the fourth fiscal quarter. Most recently, Scherp served as Conexant President while Chittipeddi was Executive Vice President of Global Operations as well as Chief Technical Officer. Scherp and Chittipeddi will continue to report to Scott Mercer, Conexant Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Scherp will have responsibility for worldwide sales, marketing, and program management while Chittipeddi will manage the global engineering, operations, quality, IT, and associated infrastructure-support activities.

Raytheon Co.—STEPHEN J. HADLEY has been appointed Company Director. He is currently a Senior Advisor for International Affairs at the US Institute of Peace. From 2005 to 2009, Hadley served as Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs.

Lockheed Martin Global, Inc.—CHARLES “WILLY” MOORE has been named Chief Executive—United Arab Emirates. Moore is currently Vice President and Deputy of Global Sustainment for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. He joined Lockheed Martin as Vice President, F-35 Program Assessments, in October 2004.

RFaxis—DR. PING PENG has been appointed Vice President of Antenna Products. He plans to create the industry’s first series of broadband, high-efficiency, highgain embedded antennas by combining the company’s RF front-end integratedcircuit and antenna innovations.

Toumaz Technology Ltd.—PROFESSOR CHRIS TOUMAZOU, Toumaz Technology Co-Founder, Chairman, CTO, and CEO of Toumaz Holdings, won the 2009 World Technology Award in the Health and Medicine category.

Harris Stratex Networks, Inc.—MEENA ELLIOTT has been appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. During the last few months, Elliott has served as Interim General Counsel. She served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since the formation of Harris Stratex in 2007.

Integra Technologies—BRIAN BATTAGLIA has been appointed Sales and Marketing Manager; formerly with HVVI, where he was assigned to applications engineering and technical marketing.

SkyCross—DENNIS MCKENNA has been appointed CEO and President in addition to his existing position as Chairman of the Board. He succeeds Chris Morton, who will remain on the board of directors.

3M—JOAQUIN DELGADO has been named Executive Vice President in charge of the Electro and Communications Business. Delgado also became a member of 3M’s Operations Committee. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Electronics Market Materials Division.

ExteNet Systems, Inc—JUSTIN L. JASCHKE, Chairman of Drivecam, Inc. and Genea Energy, has joined the board of directors of ExteNet Systems, Inc. Jaschke currently serves on the board of the University of Puget Sound in Seattle.
